CRAVTO provides food ordering, restaurant order management and delivery coordination services. Our customer application is named CRAVTO – Food Delivery. Restaurant and delivery partner applications serve their respective operational users. Availability depends on launch stage and supported locations.
App category and intended audience
The customer application is a food and drink ordering service intended for adults aged 18 and above. The partner applications are intended for authorized restaurant and delivery personnel. Final Play Store categories, target-audience answers and content ratings are declared separately in Google Play Console.
Advertising
Any advertisements or sponsored placements offered in the applications will be disclosed as required by the relevant app store and applicable law. Whether a specific app version contains ads is declared in its Play Console listing.
Payments and financial features
CRAVTO supports food-order payments and may support cash on delivery, payment refunds and partner settlements. It is not presented as a lending, investment, insurance, cryptocurrency or personal financial management application. Applicable payment services are provided through supported payment providers.
Government and health services
CRAVTO is a private food ordering and delivery platform, not a government service or official government application. It is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic or health-monitoring application. Food-related information is not medical advice.
Privacy and data safety
Read our Privacy Policy for information on collection, use and sharing of data. You may request account deletion through our Account Deletion page. The Data Safety form and other compliance declarations must be completed in Google Play Console based on the actual application code, permissions and third-party SDKs.
