1. Service
CRAVTO is an online platform that enables customers to discover participating restaurants, order food and coordinate delivery. Food is prepared and supplied by the selected restaurant. Delivery may be completed by CRAVTO-associated delivery partners or another method shown at checkout.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Users under 18 may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian.
3. Orders and availability
An order is subject to restaurant acceptance, item availability, service-area coverage and operational conditions. Menu descriptions, availability, preparation estimates and images are provided for guidance and may vary. CRAVTO or a restaurant may reject or cancel an order when fulfilment is not possible.
4. Pricing and payment
Applicable item prices, taxes, delivery fees, platform fees, discounts and the final payable total are displayed before order confirmation. Online payments are processed by authorised payment providers. Cash on delivery may be offered for eligible orders.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide a complete and reachable delivery address, remain available at the registered contact number, check allergy or dietary information directly with the restaurant where necessary, and use the platform lawfully.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.
7. Service limitations
Delivery and preparation times are estimates and may be affected by restaurant workload, traffic, weather, distance, demand and events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
CRAVTO branding, website and application materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or misused without permission. Restaurant names, menu content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Suspension and changes
We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or repeated policy violations. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date on this page.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. Contact: cravto.app@gmail.com.
