How to submit a request
- Email cravto.app@gmail.com and provide the mobile number registered with your CRAVTO account.
- Use the subject: CRAVTO account deletion request.
- Include your registered name and mobile number. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or UPI PINs.
- We may contact you through the registered details to verify account ownership before deletion.
What will be deleted
Following verification, we will delete or anonymise the account profile and associated personal data that is not required to be retained.
What may be retained
Transaction, order, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate legal obligations. Retained records will be restricted to those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional time is reasonably required or legally permitted.
In-app option
When available in your app version, you may also initiate deletion from Profile or Account Settings.
