This policy explains how CRAVTO, operated as a unit of SHIVI FOODS, collects, uses, shares and protects information when customers, restaurant partners and delivery partners use our website, mobile applications and related services.

- Account and contact information, including name, mobile number and email address.
- Delivery information, including saved addresses and location when you choose to provide it.
- Order information, such as restaurant, items, charges, instructions and order history.
- Payment-related references and transaction status. Complete card details, CVV and UPI PIN are processed securely by authorised payment providers and are not stored by CRAVTO.
- Device, app, diagnostic and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
- Restaurant and delivery-partner profile, operational, location and settlement information where applicable.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, process and deliver orders, provide order updates, facilitate payments and refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law and improve CRAVTO services.
4. How information is shared
Information may be shared only as needed with the restaurant fulfilling an order, the assigned delivery partner, payment gateways, cloud and communication providers, professional advisers, or government and law-enforcement authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including secure transmission where supported. We retain information only for as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal, tax or accounting requirements.
6. Your choices
You may review or update certain information in the app. You may request account and associated data deletion through our Account Deletion page. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
7. Children's privacy
CRAVTO is not directed to children under 18. A minor should use the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
